The domain http://warkitstore.com is owned by Multikit Modelismo Lda, Rua Amílcar Cabral, nº 7, 2º Piso – Sala 9, company number 514858109, here on after referred to as WarkitStore.
WarkitStore reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.
Both the browsing of the website http://Warkitstore.com, its subdomains and sub-webistes, as well as the purchase of any product in those addresses, presupposes the acceptance of the present information and General Conditions of Use contained in this page.
The online sale is only valid and applicable to the territories of Mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira and the EU
The User undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to law, morality and good manners, or rights and interests of third parties.

6 – Purchase process

8 – Returns and Right of free termination of the contract
8.1 Right of free resolution:
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day he acquires the physical possession of the goods or the day on which he acquires the physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed to the return of your order, and without having to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of February 14.

Note: Never ship the item to Warkitstore without prior contact.
8.2 Return Conditions in case of termination of contract:
1. Unsigned articles of improper use, the manipulation of which in no case exceeds what is usually admitted to a commercial establishment under the terms and for the purposes of article 13, paragraph 3, and article 2, paragraph 2 14º of Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14/02.
2.Devolution of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.
3.Resolution period: Until the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of number 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of February 14
Refund: In the case of a refund, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made through the same means of payment that was used by the consumer in the initial purchase and that does not incur costs for the consumer, after validation of the fulfillment of the return conditions described above , with Warkitstore having a period of up to 14 days to that effect.
The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date on which he informed the Warkitstore of the decision to terminate the contract, having to bear the cost of returning the goods.
They are excluded from the right of withdrawal of the contract, and the consumer can not freely resolve the following contracts:
– Supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or manifestly personalized;
– supply of goods which, by their nature, can not be resubmitted or are liable to deteriorate or become out of time;
– supply of sealed goods which can not be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;
– Supply of goods which, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other products;
– Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the sending of such publications.
8.3 Warkitstore Returns Policy (online store):
If you purchased an item at http://warkitstore.com you have a period of 14 days to return your order. It may do so provided that the article is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it. You can do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for information on shipping procedures. It is not possible to send the article to Warkitstore without prior contact.
The return conditions are as follows:
– Articles with no sign of misuse;
– Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;
Return Time: Until the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.
8.4 Return Policy Warkitstore Store:
In case you have purchased an item in the Warkitstore physical store, you have a period of 14 days to return and request a refund of the product.
To do this you must:
– Display the invoice
– The article must not show signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging, the instruction manual and its accessories and / or consumables.
Please note, however, that not all items are covered by the physical store returns policy. The exception products are:
– Articles with home delivery;
– Computer software and hardware;
– Titles of gaming and entertainment (includes games, movies, CDs and books);
– Rollers or any used consumable item;

The personal data mentioned above are processed for the purposes of authentication, invoice issuance and processing of the home delivery process. IBAN may be required to process returns.
12.5 Who does the Warkitstore transmit your personal data?
The Warkitstore only transmits your personal data to the Tax Authority, companies contracted for delivery of articles to the home, technical assistance, or financial entities. In the case of purchases from partners, where Warkitstore is intermediary, your personal data are transmitted to the companies that market the items purchased by the customer.
12.6 How does Warkitstore communicate campaigns, offers, or customer benefits?

12.7 What is the period of retention of the personal data of the Client?
The Warkitstore will delete the personal data of the client after a period of 10 years, this being the period for the preservation of the documents for tax purposes, as well as the reasonable period of useful life of the equipment. The data will also be deleted within one month after the customer expresses their intention to cancel it. In this case, Warkitstore will only keep transaction data for tax purposes.
12.8 What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
